Homemade ravioli is a treat that will delight friends and family alike when you bring it to the table. Cheese, meat, or vegetable filled, raviolis are pillow of goodness that can be served a red sauce or a white sauce. A tool that will make creating your raviolis perfect every time is called a ravioli pin. This specialty rolling pin has cut out on it for making individual ravioli when rolled over pasta dough. Flour your working surface, lay out two identical rectangles of dough and position your pin over one at the edge. Pressing firmly, roll the pin over the first piece of dough to create same shaped squares. Fill each square with a tablespoon of your filling and then place the second piece of dough over the first, matching up all edges. Press down. Line up your rolling pin and position the pasta rolling pin in the same place on the pasta dough rectangle before rolling it again to ensure you cut along the same lines as you cut the ravioli squares. Roll over to complete the ravioli and then separate each square gently with a knife.
